Liz combines her love for education with her passion for property ownership in her dedicated approach to real estate. “Growing up in Jamaica, my family wasn’t able to purchase a home. I became consumed by the dream of home ownership at a young age. That passion still drives me, it’s in my blood. I bought my first home at 27, scared and clueless. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.’
Elizabeth represents buyers and sellers with heart; she believes that nothing is more important than her client's success and happiness. It’s about communication, trust,respect and ultimately a great outcome.’ ‘I treat each client and each transaction with the attention and importance it deserves.’
Elizabeth has been a licensed real estate agent and property manager for eight years. She moved to The Bahamas in 1994 and is sensitive to the unknowns and insecurities involved with relocating and buying property in The Bahamas and understands that information and responsible guidance are paramount.
Liz studied Professional Photography with the New York Institute of Photography and Interior Design with the Interior Design Institute. ‘Representing clients well is so much more than opening a door. It takes a keen eye and knowledge of the industry to create winning combinations. That’s what I bring to the table for every client.’
To serve her clients more effectively, Liz has completed professional development courses with the Residential Real Estate Council and the Council of Real Estate
Brokerage Managers. She has also attained The Bahamas Realtors Institute designation. Elizabeth pays attention to the details when listing your property on the
market and when assessing purchase options. ‘I leverage my contacts in property management to connect my clients to reliable service providers. You don’t have to go it alone; I’ll be by your side all the way to the end.’
She publishes real estate content in local and international publications. Liz is a graduate of Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK (MBA), holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and is a proud alumni of The University of the West Indies (BSc.
